Microphone and CameraHelpShare requests microphone and screen access solely to enable live voice and screen sharing between two consenting users. This data is never recorded or stored.
Third Party ServicesHelpShare uses LiveKit for real-time communication. LiveKit transmits session data directly between devices and does not store recordings. See LiveKit's privacy policy at livekit.io.
Children's PrivacyHelpShare does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
